Born and raised in Vancouver, he earned 2 degrees from UBC, including a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) which focused on Finance and Urban Land Economics & a B.A. in Political Science.

Paul has over 20 years of real estate experience.

After a successful career in property & asset management, Paul became a licensed realtor in 2002. Over the last 18 years his clients have come to know him as a trusted and reliable source of real estate expertise. Some recent accolades include being voted  Best Realtor in the Georgia Straight Best of Vancouver, 2010-2016 and 1st runner up 2017-2018 . Paul has also earned  Master Medallion Club status for 2008-2019 signifying that he is in the top 10% of all Greater VancouverRealtors.

Some of Paul's other accomplishments include:

• Cycled from Beijing to Delhi in 2000/01: over 6500km, through China, Tibet,Nepal & India over the Himalayas, incl. up to Everest Base Camp.
• Completed 4 marathons, including the Boston Marathon, and finished in top 100 overall in 2002 Vancouver Marathon.
• Past President of BNI & past VP- The Big Tsunami. This networking group helped each other to complete over $7 MILLION in referred business in 2015 .
