2. What’s Their Foundation?

I think when you’re looking at hiring a realtor you want to understand everything that they bring to the table whether that’s their education or their experience in other fields before they became a realtor and I think it’s important that you ask any realtor you are going to hire what is your background, what is your experience.

I’ve been a licensed realtor for over ten years. Prior to that I spent approximately ten years working in asset and property management as well I have a Master’s in Business Administration from UBC and I have worked renovating homes both on my own behalf as a general contractor and for others.

All of those skills and all those experiences that I’ve had in the past twenty or more years all come to the table when I m helping my clients. What’s important is what fits for you. You need to be able to connect with that realtor and you need to be able to make sure that they’re going to satisfy your needs.
